Returning Products at Peptide Therapy

At Peptide Therapy, we want to make your experience smooth and reliable. You can request a return within 7 business days of delivery, as long as the package is unopened and sealed. This policy applies to Research PCTs and MEPs only.

Important: Because peptides are sensitive to temperature and sunlight, we do not accept returns for peptide products. Therefore, if you are a first-time customer, we recommend placing a small order first to assess product quality.


Return Shipping and Fees

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide a prepaid return label, except when we send the wrong product or it arrives damaged.

Before returning your items, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage. Also, include a return tracking number. When our team receives your return, they will inspect the products carefully before processing any refund.

Note: We apply a 15% restocking fee per product to all approved returns.


Invalid Reasons for Returns

We cannot accept returns for products that:

  • Were used improperly

  • Were mishandled or damaged due to incorrect storage


Refund Policy

All purchases with Peptide Therapy are final. Consequently, we do not offer refunds for peptide products.


Seized Shipments (International Orders)

If your shipment is seized during international shipping, we understand the inconvenience. To assist you, we offer a 30% discount on your next purchase. Please contact our support team for help, and they will guide you through the process.


Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged products, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may request photos or other documentation so we can assess the damage properly.

Resolution Process:
We will either replace damaged products or provide a satisfactory resolution depending on the situation.
