Research Chemical Shipping — Peptide Therapy
Processing, tracking, delivery timelines, and international shipping considerations.
At Peptide Therapy, we process all research chemical orders once payment is received, not when the order is placed. Typically, orders take 1–3 business days to process, excluding weekends and holidays. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we’ll email you with an updated shipping date.
After dispatch, U.S. orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days, while international orders vary depending on customs. You can track your order using the link sent to your email.

If you need to update your shipping address, email [email protected] immediately. Address changes are only possible while your order is still processing. Once it’s shipped, we cannot modify it.
You can check your order status anytime in the Orders tab of your Peptide Therapy account.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Check your inbox or spam folder for the link. If tracking doesn’t appear after a few days, contact [email protected] for assistance.
Peptide Therapy ships globally, but customers are responsible for following local import laws. Check your country’s regulations to avoid customs delays or fees.

Research Chemical Returns & Order Issues
Return eligibility, damaged orders, incorrect shipments, and support steps.
We accept returns of unopened and sealable packages within 7 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number.
A 15% restocking fee is applied per product. Once received and approved, we will issue a refund for the remaining amount. Email [email protected] for assistance.
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photo of the items showing the issue
- Photo of the packaging with the tracking number
- Separate photos for multiple shipments
We’ll verify and provide replacements if necessary.
Research Chemical Storage & Handling
Basic handling and storage information for laboratory research materials.
All research peptides arrive as lyophilized powder. Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution must be purchased separately.
- Short-term: room temperature
- Long-term: 4°C or frozen at −20°C
- Avoid light and moisture
- Allow frozen peptides to reach room temperature before opening to help prevent condensation
Peptide Kits & Identification
Information about individual vials, kits, packaging, identification, and separate shipments.
Peptides are sold individually or in kits of 10 vials. Vials have a unique top color for identification. If unavailable, an alternate color is used.
Peptide kits and individual vials may ship separately. Check all tracking emails. If missing, contact [email protected].
Some peptide kits ship in customs-friendly boxes. Ignore markings on the outer box; they relate only to shipping. For vial identification, contact support or use our chat.

Product Quality & Testing
Third-party testing, transparency, and quality support.
Every batch undergoes third-party testing at certified U.S. labs to confirm purity, stability, and concentration. Periodic test results are published for transparency.
If independent tests reveal impurity, Peptide Therapy will refund the total order and shipping costs.
