Fast Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically dispatched the same business day.
Discreet Packaging
All shipments are packed professionally with no product labels visible on the outside.
U.S. Shipping
We currently ship across the United States through trusted carriers.
Canada Shipping
Yes we ship to Canada via UPS aswell.
Tracking Included
Every shipped order receives a tracking number by email.
1) Order Processing
- Before 12:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri): usually ships same business day.
- After 12:00 PM EST: ships next business day.
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
2) Shipping Method
We currently offer one shipping method for U.S. orders:
Delivery times can vary slightly depending on location, weather, and carrier operations.
3) Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $150.
Canada free shipping available on orders over $280.
For orders below that threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
4) Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
