Shipping & Delivery Policy | Peptide Therapy

At Peptide Therapy, we provide fast, secure peptide shipping and delivery on all peptide products. Our goal is to process each order quickly and ensure reliable, trackable delivery worldwide.


General Information

We typically process and ship local orders within 3–4 days. International orders usually arrive within 10–15 business days.
If your package does not arrive within 12 business days, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].

We use Priority Mail for all shipments, which usually takes 2–6 days to reach customers after dispatch.
Each order includes a tracking number, available through USPS.com.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.


Order Confirmation & Undelivered Packages

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
If you do not see this message within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

If a package returns to us as undeliverable, we issue a coupon code equal to your order total minus shipping and processing costs.
To avoid this, double-check your shipping information before checkout.

Because orders move quickly through our system, we cannot refund or cancel shipments sent to an incorrect address or unclaimed deliveries.


Signature Requirement for Orders $150+

We require a signature upon delivery for all orders valued at $150 or more. This step helps protect your purchase.
If you prefer to remove the signature requirement, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once USPS marks a package as delivered, Peptide Therapy cannot replace or refund it if it becomes lost or stolen.


Processing & Delivery Times

We process payments and prepare shipments within 2–4 business days.
Once shipped, most packages arrive in the following timeframes:

  • Domestic (USA): 1–7 business days

  • Peptides (USA): 1–7 business days

We currently do not ship peptides to military (APO/FPO) addresses.
To stay informed, check your tracking link regularly for updates.


Tracking & Shipping Responsibility

Each order includes a tracking number so you can monitor progress directly.
After we hand your order to the courier, USPS assumes responsibility for delivery.

If your shipment appears delayed or missing, you can file a Missing Mail Search through USPS.
Although we cannot replace packages lost in transit, we are happy to guide you through the claims process.

International Shipping

Before placing an order, please review your local import laws to ensure peptide products can be received in your country.
Customs authorities may delay or seize shipments that violate import regulations.

Peptide Therapy does not cover customs fees or delays. However, we will always provide tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.
