How can I join the Peptide Therapy rewards program?

New customers: When you create a Peptide Therapy account and place your first order, your purchases and points will automatically sync with our rewards program.
Returning customers: Your previous rewards points (cashback) have been imported into our new system. To view them, scroll down to the Earn Points tab in the Rewards widget on our site.

How do I earn points in the rewards program?

You earn 2 points for every $1 spent. Each product’s point value is displayed on its page. After your order is complete, your earned points will automatically appear in your account.

Earn extra points:
You can gain additional points by completing special goals listed under Earn More Points in the Rewards widget. Enter your birth date to receive 250 bonus points on your birthday.

How can I check my points balance?

Click the Rewards widget at the bottom left of any page to instantly view your earned points and track your progress.

What’s the difference between points and rewards?

Points accumulate as you make purchases or complete goals. Once you reach a specific balance, points can be converted into rewards that you can redeem on future orders.

Where can I see my available rewards?

Click My Rewards in the Rewards widget to see which rewards you qualify for. Select Redeem, copy the coupon code, and use it on your next purchase. You can also see how many more points you need to unlock your next reward under Spend Points.

How can I earn rewards from referrals?

For every successful referral, both you and your friend receive a $25 discount on orders of $100 or more. Your friend will get a coupon for their first purchase, and you’ll receive your reward after their order is complete.

Can new customers refer friends?

Yes! Anyone with a Peptide Therapy account can refer friends and earn rewards.

Who is eligible to be referred?

Existing customers do not count as referrals. Our system prevents duplicate referrals by checking IP addresses, browser data, cookies, and email addresses. If an existing customer tries to use your referral link, they will receive a notification in the widget.

How does the referral link work?

Copy and share your referral link. When your friend clicks it, the Rewards widget will prompt them to enter their email. If eligible, they will receive a coupon code for their first order. Once their order is complete, your reward will be credited automatically.
